Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Mudareb you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Mudareb.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mudareb, and at least 18 (or have parental consent) to subscribe to premium plans or place orders. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Health disclaimer
Mudareb provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or take medication. You exercise at your own risk.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Shop orders are subject to availability and the shop's own refund policy.
6. Captains and shops
Captains and shops listed in Mudareb are independent third parties. Mudareb facilitates discovery, messaging and payments but is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of services or products they provide. Reviews and complaints can be submitted in-app.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, notes, messages). You grant Mudareb a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You agree not to upload illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing or infringing content.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use Mudareb to: violate any law; impersonate others; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; transmit malware; or harass captains, shops or other users. We may remove content or terminate accounts that breach this section.
9. Intellectual property
The Mudareb brand, logo, design system, code and content are owned by Mudareb and protected by copyright and trademark law. No part may be copied without written permission.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mudareb is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from physical activity performed using the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Erbil.
